Help needed with Forelle 6
Hello to everyone. Unfortunately I don't know German language, thats why I will write English, I hope that you'll forgive me. I live in Russia and I own Forelle 6 produced in 1967. The engine works perfectly as all German engines usually do, but I have great problems with chocks and mostly with rubber collars in reducing gear. It's impossible to take them out of the gear without ruining them, that's why I can't define the scales and find the substitution. I thought that probably somebody in Germany has this scales (or can measure them) or catalogue of parts or probably even scheme of that engine. What is more the reducing gear was repaired and some parts were replaced with soviet parts, now they are also spoiled and no longer produced. But I can't find out how that gear looked in original with original parts, not soviet, probably somebody has a photo of the inside? I will be very greatful if you help me with at least one of the listed problems.

Thank you. But I've already seen it. Unfortunately there is no detailed scheme of the reducing gear and no scales of needed parts. Only numbers of some parts are given, but now it is difficult to find the correlation between these numbers and scales.

Cool! I also own many russian engines, they are listede in my profile. I'm going to get more of them to create some kind of museum with working exhibits. And have you examined the schemes of Forelle? Why some of positions are repeated twice? For examle in scheme 032-5 part number 15 is listed twice with different scales.

Position 13 = there are two different stages of assembly (Insertion in the production/pre-assembly) Position 15 = This is a needle bearing of 2 components. |

You are god of boat engines or what? Where did you get all this so quickly?)))) Thanks a lot! I definitely owe you a lot of beer! Now everything is clear, cause I broke my brains trying to understand the previous schemes. My engine is 450 km from me at the moment, but I remember that it is definitely different.

dumperjack, execuse me for bothering you and for being greedy. But I thought that you might have the scheme of the engine as well. If you have one and it is not difficult for you, please can you post it here? Cause I've found the needed chocks and collars in St Petersburg and I'm going to order them, so I thought that it will be clever to order chocks and collars for the engine too.
