Übersetzung Bedienungsanleitung für einen Wechselrichter.

Ich muss eine Wechselrichter Bedienungsanleitung übersetzen.

Das Fachenglisch zu lesen und zu verstehen habe ich keine Probleme.

Aber die Umsetzung, das es eine verständliche deutsche Bedienungsanleitung wird, fällt mir schon schwerer.

Hat jemand Lust mir dabei zu helfen?
Eventuell auch zur Belustigung aller hier im Forum?

Jeder der Interesse hat mir zu helfen würde ich einen Textblock zur Übersetzung posten.

Wenn das nicht funktioniert, dann nennt mir doch bitte einen günstigen Übersetzer.

Do not operate the Inverter with damaged or substandard Wiring.
1-1-3. This equipment contains components which can produce arcs or
sparks. To prevent fire or explosion do not install in compartments
containing batteries or Flammable materials or in locations which
require ignition protected equipment. This includes any space
containing petrol-powered machinery, fuel tanks, or joints, fittings,
or other connection between components of the fuel system.
1-2. Precautions When Working with Batteries
1-2-1. If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap
and water. If acid enters eye, immediately flood eye with running
cold water for at least 20 minutes and get medical attention
immediately.
1-2-2. Never smoke or allow a spark or flame in vicinity of battery or engine.
1-2-3. Do not drop a metal tool on the battery. The resulting spark or
short-circuit on the battery of other electrical part may cause an
explosion.
1-2-4. Remove personal metal items such as rings, bracelets, necklaces,
and watches when working with a lead-acid battery,
A lead-acid battery produces a short-circuit current high enough to
weld a ring or the like to metal, causing a severe burn.

ACHTUNG!
Bevor Sie den Inverter verwenden, lesen Sie Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam durch.

1-1. Allgemeine Sicherheitsanweisungen
1-1-1. Setzen Sie den Inverter nicht Regen, Schnee, Feuchtigkeit oder Staub aus.
Um die Gefahr einer Fehlfunktion zu verringern, achten Sie auf jeden Fall auf eine ausreichende Luftzufuhr. Eine Abdeckung des Inverters ist auf jeden Fall zu Vermeiden.
Achten Sie beim Einbau in engen Gehäusen auf einen geeigneten Seitenabstand, da sonst die Gefahr der Überhitzung des Inverters durch mangelnde Luftzirkulation besteht.

1-1-2. Achten Sie auf jeden Fall auf die entsprechenden Leiterquerschnitte der elektrischen Anlage und auf Ordnungsgemäße Isolation, da sonst evtl. die Gefahr von Überlastungen, Kurzschlüssen und hieraus resultierenden Kabelbränden besteht.

1-1.3Diese Ausrüstung enthält Bestandteile, die Funken produzieren können.
Um Feuer oder Explosion zu verhindern, bringen Sie den Inverter nicht in Bereichen an, die Batterien oder feuergefährliche Materialien enthalten oder in Bereichen, die spezielle gegen Funken geschützte Ausrüstungen erfordern. Dieses umfasst jeden möglichen Raum der Kraftstoffangetriebene Maschinen, Kraftstofftanks Kraftstoffleitungen enthält.

1-2. Sicherheitsvorkehrungen beim Umgang mit Säureakkus.

1-2-1 Wenn Batteriesäure mit Haut oder mit Kleidung in Verbindung kommt, waschen Sie diese sofort mit Seife aus und spülen diese sorfältig aus.
Sollte Säure in die Augen kommen spülen Sie sofort die Augen unter klarem Wasser aus und konsultierenden umgehend einen Arzt. Notieren Sie für die bessere Behandlungsmöglichkeit unbedingt die Hinweise der Akkumulatoren, hinsichtlich Art der Batteriesäure.

1-2-2. Bei Arbeiten in Maschinen- oder Batterieräumen vermeiden Sie auf jeden Fall das Rauchen, da hierdurch ebenfalls Explosionsgefahr besteht.

1-2-3. Bei Arbeiten ander Batterie achten Sie darauf niemals die Batteriepole zu überbrücken, da hierdurch Funken ausgelöst werden können, welche vorhandene Gase entzünden und zur Explosion bringen können.

1-2-4. Achten Sie darauf keine Ringe, Armbänder oder Halsketten zu tragen, da diese bei Überbrückung der Pole Kurzschlüsse verursachen und hierbei schmelzen könnten, wodurch Ihnen schwere Verletzungen zugefügt werden könnten.

3-2-1. Remote Port:
The PS2 Series Inverter is compatible with any of these remote controllers, CR-6, CR-7 or CR-8.
Before using the remote unit, make sure the main switch is set to “ REMOTE”.
3-2-2. Fan Ventilation:
Do not obstruct, allow at least 1 inch for proper air flow.


3-2-3. DC Input Terminals:
Connect to 12V / 24V / 48V battery or other power sources.
(+) is positive, (-) is negative. Reverse polarity connection
will blow internal fuse and may damage inverter permanently.

3-4. Installation:
Where to install. The power inverter should be installed in a location that
Meets the following requirements:

3-4-1. Dry – Do not allow water to drip or splash on the inverter.

3-4-2. Cool – Ambient air temperature should be between 0 C and 40C, the
cooler the better.
3-4-3. Safe – Do not install in a battery compartment or other areas where
flammable fumes may exist, such as fuel storage areas or engine
compartments.
3-4-4. Ventilated – Allow at least one inch of clearance around the inverter
for air flow. Ensure the ventilation openings on the rear and front
of the unit are not obstructed.
3-4-5. Dust – Do not install the Inverter in dusty environments
where dust, wood particles or other filings/shavings are present.
These particles can be pulled into the unit when the cooling fan is operating.
3-4-6. Close to batteries – Avoid excessive cable lengths but do not install
the Inverter in the same compartment as batteries.
Use the recommended wire lengths and sizes (see section 3-5).
Also do not mount the Inverter where it will be exposed to the
gases produced by the battery.
These gases are very corrosive and prolonged exposure also will
damage the Inverter.

WARNING!
Shock Hazard. Before proceeding further, carefully
check that the Inverter is NOT connected to any
batteries, and that all wiring is disconnected from any
electrical sources. Do not connect the output terminals
of the Inverter to an incoming AC source.


3-5. Making DC Wiring Connections:
Follow this procedure to connect the battery cables to the DC input terminals
of the Inverter. Your cables should be as short as possible (Ideally,
less than 6 feet / 1.8 meters ) enough to handle the required current in accordance with the electrical codes or regulations application. Cables are not adequate if (too narrow) or to long it will decrease the inverter performances such as poor surge capability and frequent low input voltage warnings and shutdowns. UVP warning occurs due to DC voltage drop across the cables from the inverter to the batteries.
The longer or narrower the cables, the greater the voltage drop.
Increasing your DC cable size will help improve the situation.

3-5-1. Connect the cables to the power input terminals on the rear panel of
the inverter. The red terminal is positive (+) and black terminal is
negative (-). Insert the cables into the terminals and tighten screw to
clamp the wires securely.
